1- Hiking and Exploring Hanging Rock

Hanging rock is a geological formation, over 6 million years old and offers a unique hiking experience that goes through rock formations and native bushland. At the summit, you’ll have panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The hanging rock reserve is also a great spot for a picnic, with well maintained facilities and a visitor center that provides insights into the areas history.


2- Mount Macedon

Mount Macedon, the highest point in the region, offers fantastic views. The summit has the Mount Macedon Memorial Cross, a world war memorial and maintained gardens.
